Roselie is the best!!. I've been a customer at Deja Vu for 17 years. Wouldn't go anyplace else to have my hair done. Roselie is the best! I also frequent Daja Vu for nails, pedicures, facials, whatever I need. It's always a good experience.

Beware of these amateurs! Go somewhere else!. Took 6.5 hours for the following:

Pedicure

Completed in a room the size of a walk-in closet with a portable foot spa which can be purchased at Walmart. My tech's top coat was too gunky and had to start all over! The wax was great, however.

Manicure

Seated my sister & I behind each other instead of side by side so we couldn't visit. I had the same tech, who obviously had little experience with a french manicure, as she had to redo two nails a total of 11 times. My manicure looks like it was done by a decent amateur - definitely not by a professional. And again...the same bottle of gunky top coat? Really?

Lunch

From Olive Garden, very tasty, but we were sent to a tiny room to eat while facing the corner like bad children!

Shampoo & style

Shampoo was fine. I asked for straight hair with a few large spiral curls. The (same) tech gave me tiny spirals all over. I was concerned that she kept trying to curl the same spots over and over, but she said she'd used heat repellent and my hair couldn't burn...WRONG!

Makeup

This was done by the owner. The make up looked great, but the owner was so rude to both of us. She remarked over and over that my sister had rosacia and I have large pores! She also put a clip in my hair that completely destroyed my hairdo, so she had to redo it. She said that the only hair she does is "big Texas hair", but I told her absolutely not! She used a curling iron all over my head and this time I ended up with my hair COMPLETELY FRIED and of course - HUGE. My sister insisted that she redo it and so she flat ironed it. UGH...it was awful and I washed it all out as soon as I got home.

the look of the building says it all. I got two $25 gift cards here for Christmas and used went there to get a pedi. First of all it was $45 and they did not even have a comfortable chair to sit in. The girl took forever to finish. The end product looked okay, but then I went to check out and they said I could not use both gift cards for the service. What!? It was not like my friend got these for free. Thier reasoning was they do not know how to put it in the system. I had to pay $20 for a service that I had gift cards for. It was an awful experience!
