What a great experience we had today. I received a Brazalian Blowout..and my daughter a shampoo and stylethe staff was great, my stylist DeeDee was amazingand the owner Rosealie was one of the nicest owners of an establishment I have metI live over an hour away and can't wait to go back...

Bad Service.
I went to Deja Vu Spa to receive Japanese Hair Straightening, and highlights. A waste of money!!! I had this exact same straightening treatment done a few years back (at a different place) and it turned out wonderful. At this place, it did not! I found out after, that they had used the incorrect shampoo on my hair before they started the straightening treatment, so it did not take. When I went in the 2nd time to get it redone, the hairstylist put some type of conditioner in my hair before she started the process, and then had started putting the neutralizer on my hair before she straightened it. I had to remind her what order the steps for this process was, and she told me that she “fixed it”. The treatment did not take this time either. Also, when she did the highlights, she did not get all the way to the roots, and I have about 1/8 inch of my hair that is not highlighted. When I called back to tell her that I noticed a gap between the highlights and my head, she told me that she had noticed that when she did my hair, but didn’t think I would mind.
They did give me a partial refund, but not what I’m satisfied with. I paid $390 for the treatments, and only received $122 as a refund. And I had to argue to get that much.
Do not go here!!!

Have never had such personal attention at an appointment!!. Got the best cut and style I have ever had here. Rosalie walked me step by step how to style and which products to use. I was acutally able to go home and reproduce the style exactly! Have never had such personal attention at an appointment!!

Deja Vu is the cleanest day spa salon that i have ever been. I had been getting my hair highlighted at other places and was not happy with the results. So my mother who has been going to deja vu for over 11 years told me to give Deja Vu a try. Gosh was I ever glad to go to Deja Vu. My hair looks AMAZING. I showed the stylists a picture of how i wanted my hair. My hair turned out wonderful.I've been asked by many people where I get my hair highlighted and I always tell them Deja Vu!!! I also recieved a pedicure and it was totally worth every penny and there was no dinosaur border either on the wall.

Quality care. They have always treated me with the upmost respect and high quality care that I expect out of a Day spa & salon. I absolutely love this place and have been a regular customer for almost a year, I have seen lots of people come and go through here completely satified and never upset. And if they are they tell the staff and then Roselie always takes care of everything.
