Darla's Florist? Ha! Never Again!!!.
IS THERE ANYTHING LESS THAN A 1-STAR RATING???
For Valentine's Day my husband placed an order thru Teleflora. For whatever reason, Teleflora chose Darla's Florist to fill the order.What my husband ordered was a beautiful vase of red roses with a heart chain and pendant on it but what we received was a pitiful old plain red vase with a dozen red roses haphazardly thrown into it. When they arrived, I was so disappointed because I felt that my husband had just chosen some cheap second rate florist at the last minute. When he arrived later and saw what was delivered, he was ANGRY; so angry that he called them and told them that this was not what he ordered. They first told him they had no way of contacting him to tell him about the changes in the order but he promptly pointed out they had printed all of his information on the front of the card that was attached to the flowers.They offered no replacement and went on to tell him that HE WASN'T EVEN THEIR CUSTOMER! They told him that they had the right to substitute and if he had a problem with the order he needed to contact Teleflora. We will NEVER use them again and we will tell everyone we know.
