Collections truly cares about their customers. I recently needed to get my husband a watch for his 50th birthday and had no idea where to start. Jim and his staff were very helpful in showing me the perfect gift, and then wrapping it for me. From start to finish the whole process was as easy as it could get. I would absolutely recommend this store to my friends and family, and the next time I need a piece of jewelry I will definitely come back. What an amazing staff that actually cares for its customers. Gem in the rough!. I had a friend recommend Collections when I was shopping for an engagement ring. I'm up for adventure so I made the trip to Saginaw. I was amazed that I wasn't the only one to "find" this gem in the rough. The store was busy, but they were quick to greet me. I worked with Jim Sissen. Nice guy and very knowledgeable. I'm sure I asked a load of questions, and he was patient. I found "the" ring for less than what I had seen elsewhere. Which led me to find "the" watch that I have had an eye on for a few months. I'd recommend Collections anytime, anyplace, anywhere. Good folks, great service.
Bad Service. I brought a Mavado watch several years ago at this store. I wear my watch daily, have a ranch, do a great deal of labor and thought it was time to trade it in and get a new one. I called, spoke to a young lady who ask me how she could help. I was told she was not someone who could help said she was going to get me a salesperson. I waited for 10 minutes and 15 seconds. She finally came back on and said everyone was busy, I could call back or she would have someone call me. 10 minutes. I said I had been on for over 10 minutes and she said nothing. I said nevermind in which she replied "ok". Not what I call great customer service.
Fantastic!!. We have used Steve (the owner) for YEARS! All of my family and all of my friends! He is fantastic and produce BEAUTIFUL things. His prices are very nice as well for custom jewlery. Thanks Steve. I will continue to send costumers your way!
collections: great jewlery, great prices, HORRIBLE SERVICE!. i bought my fiance's engagment ring here as well as the wedding band. we are getting married in 2 weeks. we thought we would take some jewlery from her mother who passed away and some that her father had given to her and sell the gold and use the diamonds for a custom wedding band and engagment ring. it all went well, and we desigend something with the sales assosiate. he said the gold alone should cover any costs! we thought this was great. he called us when the was was ready. she loved it and they began making it. we went to pick it up 2 weeks later or so. they man said it would 1,200 dollars. he was the labor was about 400, wich was fine. but, then he said they had to use 10 of their diamonds to complete it. we gave then about 17 diamonds and that was too much initially. they never called us to let us know or ask if that would be ok. we had an unepxpected 1,200 dollar bill because the didnt care to nofity us or use the diamonds they said they would use when we designed it. so, where are our diamonds and why wasnt this documented. our reciept says we didnt want the engamnet band. wich was B.S.! and, they never called me to give me a quote on a wedding banc. i was told it would be a day or so. that was 3 weeks ago. i went to overstock and bought one. not satified with the lever of customer care or consideration for the customers money. we paid for our own wedding, catering ect, so this was a big deal that our gold would cover the cost. too bad they added ore too it without telling us. the owner did not seem too cencerned. he appoligized, but why would you add to the ring without telling us first. never going back! bery irresponsible and carelessness for their customers who arent "high rollers".
Great Service. I found everyone at Collections to be courteous, and extremely helpful...I watched them take great care of customers that were just browsing , and some that were getting jewelry re[airs....I will be back

WE DO ANY REPAIR ON JEWELRY FROM WATCH BATTERIES TO FREE ADJUSTMENTS AND CLEANING AND FEEL THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THE CLIENT NOT THE PRICE. MY WIFE SHARON EVANS OPENED THIS STORE WITH 2 BASIC THINGS IN MIND, SERVICE AND THE BEST PRICE POSSIBLE. WE HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 27 YEARS AND HAVE OUR ENTIRE FAMILY INVOLVED IN EVERY ASPECT, AND WANT TO KNOW OF ANY PROBLEMS OR ANYTHING THAT OUR CLIENTS FEEL IS NOT RIGHT. Not a full service jewler -not friendly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I've visited this jewelry store 4 times within the last 3 years. Everytime I have a watch that needs a new battery, a piece of jewelry that needs a repair or an appraisel...the folks at Collections act like you are bothering them since you're not there to buy a piece of jewelry. Had I received good treatment on these occasions, they could have easily earned me as a customer and... the Rolex I purchased at Dallas Gold and Silver might have been purchased at collections.
