Customer For Life!!. I am now a young newlywed. The respect and gratitude I have for Collections Fine Jewelry in making the jewelry buying process at Collections simple cannot be described in words. Being a local boy, I thought I already knew where to buy “the ring,” then a friend at work suggested I take a short trip down 820 to check Collections out. I had no idea there were SO many things to consider when buying an engagement ring. Thank goodness Jim was there to walk me through the entire process. He walked me through all the aspects to work within my budget on the most important purchase of my life. Their entire staff is amazing. When I walked in to pick up my purchase again, Michelle, remembered me and was able to process my purchase right away. Gem in the rough!. I had a friend recommend Collections when I was shopping for an engagement ring. I'm up for adventure so I made the trip to Saginaw. I was amazed that I wasn't the only one to "find" this gem in the rough. The store was busy, but they were quick to greet me. I worked with Jim Sissen. Nice guy and very knowledgeable. I'm sure I asked a load of questions, and he was patient. I found "the" ring for less than what I had seen elsewhere. Which led me to find "the" watch that I have had an eye on for a few months. Bad Service. I brought a Mavado watch several years ago at this store. I wear my watch daily, have a ranch, do a great deal of labor and thought it was time to trade it in and get a new one. I called, spoke to a young lady who ask me how she could help. I was told she was not someone who could help said she was going to get me a salesperson. I waited for 10 minutes and 15 seconds. She finally came back on and said everyone was busy, I could call back or she would have someone call me. 10 minutes. I said I had been on for over 10 minutes and she said nothing. I said nevermind in which she replied "ok". Not what I call great customer service.…
