You’ll come first for value, you’ll come back for trust.

My first visit to Collections Fine Jewelry was on a recommendation from a friend. Based on this recommendation I made the 50 some mile drive to an unassuming store located across from the grain elevators in Saginaw. My first impression was positive – a friendly staff, a good selection, and low overhead… meaning that savings were being passed along to me.
But I had to believe it for myself. Over the next six months I shopped probably 30 different jewelry stores, but found myself always going back to Collections Fine Jewelry.
In my first experience I was a needy customer as I worked to learn all the details of diamonds. In spite of my inquiring mind, the sales team at Collections was patient and allowed me to explore a variety of options that fit my taste and budget.
When I left CFJ with my first ring I left with the feeling that not only did I get a great piece of jewelry, but I gained some trusted friends.
Now 11 years later I’m still coming back, sometimes making several trips for the same custom piece, sometimes just once for that quick special gift. And every time I come back, I’m happy to see friends I know I can rely on and trust.
Never eat at a restaurant without a line.

Ever notice that there is a reason that some restaurants are empty and others are busy? We have come to learn that a busy restaurant means we’re going to have a great meal.
The same analogy holds true for Collections Fine Jewelry, where you can feast on a fine selection of jewelry at great prices. Sometimes you might have to wait, but you’ll surely understand when you taste the great savings.
Our first visit to Collections was on a recommendation from a good friend. He was a successful man, and had been buying from Collections Jewelry for some time. Based on this, we decided to take the excursion out to the small country town of Saginaw.
What we found was like an episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives where host Guy Fieri visits some hidden restaurant serving up fantastic food that usually only locals know and enjoy.
The quality we found for the price was incredible. We shopped around but kept finding ourselves coming back. Many years later we are still making regular visits. And now we are the ones recommending this hidden gem to all our friends to know and enjoy.
Gem in the rough!

I had a friend recommend Collections when I was shopping for an engagement ring. I'm up for adventure so I made the trip to Saginaw. I was amazed that I wasn't the only one to "find" this gem in the rough. The store was busy, but they were quick to greet me. I worked with Jim Sissen. Nice guy and very knowledgeable. I'm sure I asked a load of questions, and he was patient. I found "the" ring for less than what I had seen elsewhere. Which led me to find "the" watch that I have had an eye on for a few months. I'd recommend Collections anytime, anyplace, anywhere. Good folks, great service.
Bad Service

I brought a Mavado watch several years ago at this store. I wear my watch daily, have a ranch, do a great deal of labor and thought it was time to trade it in and get a new one. I called, spoke to a young lady who ask me how she could help. I was told she was not someone who could help said she was going to get me a salesperson. I waited for 10 minutes and 15 seconds. She finally came back on and said everyone was busy, I could call back or she would have someone call me. 10 minutes. I said I had been on for over 10 minutes and she said nothing. I said nevermind in which she replied "ok". Not what I call great customer service.
