The cliche' nightmare tanning experiance.. First the good: Their versa spa is the bomb. Just make sure you don't overdo it on the shade.

Okay now the nightmare part:

The staff has a high turnover and none of the teenagers who work there seem concerned with much of anything besides playing grabass with each other or talking on the phone. I love it when you come in and they are talking to a buddy on the cell and hold a finger up. Then when you ask which beds have

newer bulbs, no one seems to know. MAKE SURE to ask the manager. He was a nice kid he knew the beds very well though oblivious to what was going on. Or not going on. Get your lotions online, you'll pay less and be happier. Also do not do a BANK DRAFT HERE! I had to put a stop payment on their drafts even after talking to the manager who promised to try to fix it. After I explained patiently to the kid at the front desk that they had put the wrong account on hold, he smacked his gum and said, "So, are you gonna pay that or what?" Luckily I was able to restrain myself from punching him in the face.

No one at the local shop could do anything because it's all handled at corporate. I would still be a member there,because they're on my way to work, and the gym and actually had two there, one for me and my girlfriend until they screwed up the billing and couldn't fix it . Month after month the wrong amounts coming out, no one able too tell me what was going on.

What a nightmare.
