Hateful staff. Dr. Hodgson is always very kind and pleasant to deal with but the employees that answer the phones thoroughly lack in people skills. They have been very rude and sarcastic to me over the phone on several different occasions. They always act like they are too busy to help. The first time I wrote it off as someone was having a bad day. The second and third time I started getting upset. Now that it has happened a handful of times Im seriously considering changing doctors.
