THE RECEPTIONIST HAS A BUG UP HER YOU KNOW WHAT!!!. We don't have a loan with this company....but my husband is a youth football coach and his Uniform company sent one of his player's uniforms to this company (in Fort Worth) by mistake. We got the address from UPS and I did a seach to find their number. The lady who claims to be the "RECEPTIONIST" (FROM HELL) Was very rude to my husband. Hung up on him 4 times!! What the hell all we want is our package!! She wouldn't tell us her name, so I had to call Corporate to complain and see if they can help. Thanks goodness their HQ knows a little thing or two about Customer Service. Long story short...we finally had the "RECEPTIONIST" (FROM HELL) Manager call us back and was very appologetic and my husband was able to go over their and get his Jersey. I'm sorry but as long as the "RECEPTIONIST" (FROM HELL) is working for this company I would never in my right mind get a loan from them.…

mortgage service company - debt collection. Poor business practice - Changing a contract unilaterally and lack of notification. Personnel apparently incompetent with a complex and inefficient organization. They have difficulty recording payments by customers correctly. It takes them 48 hours to record an update to an account. They also cannot communicate with their customers. They instead create problems by making charges to an account without an agreement. Next they threaten foreclosure based on their employee's mistakes and erroneously recorded data.…
