Cityview Car Wash & Oil Change

Overcharged, poor service, bad attitudes. What once was a favorite place for a car wash has now become the dregs of the industry. Hard to get to in traffic, slowest in town for turnaround time, attendants working more on the positioning of the elastic in their shorts than drying the cars, this is no longer the place to go to keep your car clean. I just wanted an exterior/interior car wash. Young man writing ticket was in such a hurry, he could barely stand still. Late for his break? Only 4 cars in the lanes. Asked him if back car mat could be run through twice to get rid of a spill which I had already cleaned up myself, and the back left seat wiped well. No. I must pay $34.95 for a back seat detail for those 2 items plus $11.95 for the car wash. Thought he was kidding. No. If I wanted a front seat detail too, $84.95. Ok, do back seat only which cost me $51.00 including the $11.95 for car wash.

All done in 10 minutes. They washed the car mats and sponged off seat. Some detail. Looked on web site when I got home. Express detail is $34.95 for entire car including car wash. Another clever gimick. I had to give the last young kid my receipt in order to get my car. Clever. I no longer have proof they over charged me. My advice? Steer clear of there. It has run its course and they will do whatever it takes to eke a dime out of you except a good job.…
