. Please check other reviews. I value my customers. I challenge anyone who is doubting my reputation to call any local dealer and ask about us. These bad reviews are false and this tint god person is posting bad reviews on other competitors. All other reviews online favor my reputation. We are family owned and operated and know the importance of reputation. Please give us a call as I guarantee the best value.

You might want to look at the problem then. I have had a tint shop for 30 years in the DFW metro area.......and I have not had 1 bad review ever. There has to be something other than the exscuse that you cant make everyone happy, because we do with no problem, and have for the last 30 years. But I can tell you this....you cant talk to customers like this....."The quality was very bad, bubbles on rear windshield, bubbles on back window. I took my car back to Artech, and Sam (the owner), after looked at the bubbles on my car's windows, he said: “because you bought the standard film, you got the standard installation”,.....that is part of your problem. Its just a piece of plastic!

Life Time Warranty scam. I have had my truck and my wife's two cars tinted with Artech. They used to be the name you wanted on your tint. Recently my driver side window on my truck developed waves that make it very hard and dangerous to see out. I went to Artech thinking that after the business and advertisements, word of mouth, that I have had with them I would take advantage of the life time warranty, When I went in I asked about getting the window tint replaced. I was asked if I had an appointment, I didn't. I didn't know I needed one. Then he told me I had to have my original receipt. I explained that I had all my cars done here and that his Artech sticker was on the window. This didn't matter to him. I was about to cower down and make an appointment when I read the other reviews and read that they had the same issues. I was also going to bring in my Honda Civic to get redone, as the tent on the back is pretty bad. Not going to now. I will go some where else. See ya Artech.

Not interested customer satisfaction whatsoever.... I came to get a car tinted and a repair to peeling tint they had performed. We got the life-time warranty, but misplaced our copy. He quickly said without our copy there was no warranty, which I respected to a point. Understanding that, I still extended to him the chance to get our business and asked to make us a decent offer to fix the tint. He responded with inflexibility and snobbery. I simply said if he wasn't going to work with us on the repair, it would be determinative if we would get the 2nd car entirely done. After all, without the warranty tying me to them, I was free to take the job anywhere. He responded he "wasn't going to be manipulated like that." Manipulation? It's called a "business incentive!" Taken aback that he had such a poor patronage sense, I said in heading out I had many jobs done over the years and I would become a negative ad, to which he boasted he didn't need our business and I'd pay more elsewhere, to which I replied I'd rather pay more to the right people than less to a shyster. I got the job done at SunRay. Goodbye Artech.

Bad Installation.. Stay away from this guy. I got my car window tinted from Artech (south Hulen Fort worth). The quality was very bad, bubbles on rear windshield, bubbles on back window. I took my car back to Artech, and Sam (the owner), after looked at the bubbles on my car's windows, he said: “because you bought the standard film, you got the standard installation”, so that is the standard installation with bubbles. That is so wrong. I think that does not matter what film the customer buy the installation should be good without a lot of bubbles. Sam, if bubbles are your definition of standard installation. So I think one (1) Star is for your quality of standard installation. Sam, if my standard money is nothing to you. You did not take Artech's reputation very serious. You shall warn the customers about the standard film will get standard installation with bubbles. Life-time warranty from this shop is a joke because of Sam Artech's service. Can you tell us the differences of TIME, LABOR costs for installation between Standard Film and Metal film or ceramic film? You shall warned me the different of Standard install and Premium Installation. I am willing to buy Standard film and paid extra cost for “Your Premium installation”. I think the quality of installation shall be the same for all material.
