Bentley Square

We've been here 17 years.. My wife and I moved here in September 1992 from California, job relocation. At that time we rented a 1 bedroom-1 bath, we were not planning on living here long. Years ago whenever your lease was renewed, they offered to clean your carpets or paint your apartment, not anymore. In 2003 we moved to a 2 bedroom-1 bath by the rear pool. Life here was good until the new owner/management took over, CRES Management. The new management has converted Bentley Square into Section 8 yet hasn’t told any of the existing residence. They converted the sand volley ball court/children’s playground, only the cats used it, and installed a little dog park. This was a good thing, my dog loves it. But they charge pet owners $10 a month extra for upkeep. Yet there haven't been any doggie clean-up bags in there since the summer of 2008 and no one cleans up in there, I'm so happy to pay $10 a month for this, note the sarcasm... Whenever it rains water comes into my living room from under the sliding glass door and my carpet has shrunk almost 2" from the glass door. The pool at the rear of the property has been closed since September of 2008. There was a fire in building 13, not their fault, but until last week after many e-mails to corp., the security lights have been off. The security lights in the 11 building, where I live are still off. Since then my truck has been stolen and returned by the police department. The utility/tool box has been unbolted and stolen from the truck and stolen. The spare tire and wheel have been stolen. My wife’s new car has had a window smashed out. The management company's attitude is, "Oh well..." Then they require you to sign a release to release them of any fault. The bathtub drip-pan from upstairs has been leaking and the ceiling of my shower drips rust. This has been written up and I'm still waiting.

At Bentley Square we have everything... We have assaults, we have daytime break-ins, the gate is open during the day, we have vehicle break-ins, we have vehicle thefts and we have daytime and night time illegal narcotic activities in the rear parking lots. If you like this for you and you children, then move here... If not, then find a better place. WE ARE...…
