Make sure that whatever you negotiate with the salesman is agreed to by all management. Their finance manager will reverse whatever he doesn't like that the salesman agreed to in writing and will tell you that you can forget the deal or do it their way. Verypoor customer service and no interest in customer satisfaction. Just move the car out.
Great dealership!. Roy is the person who helped us when we went in, he’s definitely the ssales rep to go to when buying a new car. He listened to what we wanted and made sure finance options were available to us that’s why we choose to make this our number one dealership. Thank god its around the corner from us they know how to make a good impression on customers.
Service dept. put me at ease. I purchased a Dodge Avenger while living in St. Louis. My job transferred me to Forth Worth and I wasn’t sure that I was going to be able to find a dealership with the level of service I received at home. When the need arose for me to take my car in for maintenance I took a shot in the dark and visited Meador in Fort Worth. Everything went as smoothly as possible. Meador is a step above the rest. After purchasing my new Dodge Ram pick up truck from Meador Dodge I will NEVER go anywhere else! I really like the way it soaked up bumps in the road unlike most trucks but at the same time have a lot of power and can pull just about anything. I have had the truck for about a year now and am pleased with everything about it. I’m glad I purchased my Ram. You should definitely think about going to see the gang at Meador!
Exceeded our expectations. Last night my husband and I went to Meador Dodge Chrysler to look around because we’ve been thinking about a new family vehicle for a few months and we’ve been looking all over the internet because we both work so much. Our neighbor referred us to Meador apparently he’s been buying his work trucks there but what surprised us was how attentive and focused they were on us specifically. Manny greeted us right away and immediately the vibe was just different than most stuffy dealerships. Funny thing is I told my husband we’re not buying today we’re just looking. However Manny, wasn’t extremely aggressive with us, the sales manager was so much fun as well we just fell in love with the entire staff there. We were treated very well and the customer service about exactly what we wanted was very well exceeded. We weren’t too sure what we wanted but when we drove the 2010 Dodge Journey I about fell out. I couldn’t be happier after talking with Manny I said, ‘you’ve got to make us a great deal or we’re leaving” Manny did everything he could and was very courteous and we really appreciated that the most important thing to him was our comfort and what we really wanted in our purchase. Soooo, we got the 2010 Dodge Journey in a black pearl. I want to thank the entire team of Meador Dodge Chrysler these guys are great and exceeded both of our expectations.

All I have to say about Meador Dodge Chrysler Jeep is WOW. They really helped me find a vehicle to meet my budget. I have been screwed over by dealers many times before but Meador was my best experience in buying a car. I met with the internet guy Blake, really cool guy. I was trading in my 1994 S10 Blazer (which was a real hassle on getting a good offer) and looking for a car that wouldn’t be too hard on my check book gas wise, and monthly payment.
I went online to shop first and wasn’t really sure what I even wanted. I looked at several dealers websites and they all seemed to have a pretty good inventory and selection of both new and used cars. However, I never seemed to get enough for my Blazer, or the interest rate and payment were too high or even the price just didn’t come down enough. So I actually stopped shopping for about a month to mull things over and get through the holiday season. I drove by Meador Dodge on a Sunday a few weeks ago and found a few cars and trucks that I really liked! So I went to their website and got in contact with Blake. We spoke at length on a Monday by phone. I just told him all that had happened and everything that I was wanting to accomplish. He told me to stop by the next day and he would have some options pulled up for me.
Blake had it all ready as though we had talked about this for a week; he gave me a few options on what met my needs, and showed me the plusses and minuses of each car and truck. I ended up with a new Dodge Avenger, and I absolutely love this car!! It drives great and doesn’t kill me on the gas! The whole process from meeting Blake to driving off the lot went super smooth. I had the good fortune of getting my new 2010 Dodge Ram HD at Meador Dodge Chrysler Jeep from Blake. I’ve been waiting for the new body style, as I think it is a very attractive truck and also has so very slick upgrades over the old body style. Well I was in there a few days ago just to chat with Blake a bit and he informed me that they had the new body style Dodge Ram 2500 in stock! He pretty much had to grab me by my belt loops to keep me from running to the back of the lot where all of the new trucks are parked!
I think Blake knew I was going to be stopping in that afternoon! If you’ve ever been to Meador Dodge Chrysler Jeep, you know that there are like 800 rows of New Dodge Ram Trucks. And most of them are Dodge Ram Half Ton Trucks because the new body still is so…well...New! So we are back there walking through row after row of trucks. It’s like -900 degrees and Blake is just smiling in his warm coat. He had hidden the EXACT Truck I wanted amongst all of the other trucks way out back just to mess with me!!!
So we went for a drive. Two Tone paint, leather seats, navi…yes I am in love! I’ve bought several trucks through the years from Blake, but just like everyone else I guess, I get sorta’ nervous when it comes time to pull the trigger. So he let me drive it home and show the wife and it was ALL over at that point!! She pretty much told me not to come home the next day if I didn’t have that New 2010 Dodge Ram 2500 4X4 Diesel!! Gotta love a woman like that right?
Well when I got back to Meador Dodge the next day after work, Blake already had all of the paperwork filled out for me! He even gave me a better price than what I had in my head to fight down to! Ha! I really like that he just took care of me again. It was like a huge relief you know? So I signed all of the paperwork and he got my truck all gussied up an even filled her up with a fresh tank of Diesel fuel!
I dropped off a plate of cookies from Maxine last night to Blake and his boss Ted. I really like that after all of these years, I don’t get messed around over there and I feel like I can trust them. I’m sure there are plenty of good car dealers out there, but I think Meador Dodge Chrysler Jeep is the best!! Huge recommendation for Meador Dodge and Blake!!
I would a Used Jeep and got a Great Deal at Meador.
Because of the lousy weather we have been having in Fort Worth, I decided to get into a car that I knew would get me where I wanted to go at anytime and in any weather. So I looked around for a used car and found that Meador Dodge Chrysler Jeep was offering great prices on used cars.
I went there and was treated terrifically. i had popcorn and good coffee. They have a huge selection of used cars and I found this Jeep with low mileage and low price. I got a great deal on a 2008 Jeep and now don't have to worry about any snow or ice. -- Jim

Just picked up my Challenger SRT/8 a few days ago from Meador and am really happy again!! My mom and dad turned me on to this car dealership about 11 years ago. I bought my first car here, and used Jeep from Carlos. I drove that Jeep forever!! When I got out of college and got married to my wife, we got a new Dodge 4X4 truck which we still own. My wife got her 300C from here too a few years back. So it was natural for me to come here for my Dodge Challenger!
I must be honest and admit that I shopped around first a bit. Yes, as usual, Meador was a bit cheaper than the other dealers. I did find a real nice Challenger over in Dallas, but just couldn't seem to get everything put together where I wanted it. I went to another Dodge Dealer here in Fort Worth, and they just didn't seem interested in helping me or listening to my needs. This car was a bit of a stretch for me in terms of monthly payment, and it really boiled down to me getting my new baby at a certain price while getting enough money for my trade-in. Blaze put it all together for me in under 20 minutes!! Whats not to like about that? I also like the fact that when I come here, people remember me, especially in the service department. So ya I got a good deal without all of the hassles and I'm really happy! Thanks again guys!

I recently had to get a new van for me and the kids. I did all of my research online and decided that the Chrysler Town & Country was the best option due to the amount of travel we do and the fact that Jerry and I have three children and one more on the way. We went to several Chrysler dealerships in the DFW area and were not very impressed. It could be that Chrysler's recent troubles and restructuring were to blame, but I was not sure.
I found Meador Dodge Chrysler Jeep online and visited their website. Got some good information, but was afraid that I would never get an e-mail or call back which is what happened with 4 of the 6 other Chrysler dealerships we tried to buy a Van from! Not so with Meador! I had a quote with an invitation to look at the new Town & Country's back in less than an hour!
Jerry and I went there with or 6 year old and 3 year old (our other child is 18 months so we got a sitter for her). I am always a little apprehensive taking them anywhere, but Blake took great care of us and became a big hit with the kiddos to boot! This was really a pretty easy purchase though I wish I had got more for my trade in. However, I guess a 2003 Dodge Van with 183,000 miles is NOT worth what I had hoped!! LOL
So we were treated very nice and everyone was very kind to our kids even when they started getting tired and whiny. Out bottom line, drive it home price was actually about $1800 cheaper for the exact same MSRP van than the closest deal offered by any of the other Dallas Fort Worth area Dodge Chrysler Jeep Dealers which was the icing on the cake! STRONG recommendation for Meador Dodge Chrysler Jeep due to Best Price and Best Customer service in the DFW Metroplex area!!
