Discouraging experience. Went to this store to shop for my Senior daughters prom dress. Found the sales staff to be very pushy and misleading. Unfortunately, we made a deposit on a dress that was promised to be in within a week - 10 days. Called repeatedly after the first month passed with no dress in sight and was given a differing version of its arrival date every time. I finally asked for a refund so we could move forward in securing a dress in plenty of time for alterations, etc. The owner said she would offer a refund, but then refused when I actually requested it in person. She was very belligerent and untruthful about the ensuing issue in front of other customers while I stood at the register. I've never been treated so unprofessionally in a retail store in my life. I would strongly encourage you to shop elsewhere. This has been a very negative experience for us during what should have been a special time in my daughters life. We still have no dress and she still has our money.
