Mexican Food Breakfast.
We went on a Thursday morning at 9. There were maybe 8 tables of customers and 7 waitstaff. Service was excellent and the food was great. They have all the favorites, Hevous Rancheros, Migas Etc., I had the Migas and couln't finish them. The wife had scrambled eggs and bacon, both meals came with a potato, refried beans, fresh tortillas and salsa.
We live in far N. Ft. Worth and it was well worth the drive. Its right next to Joe T's one of our favorites also. Did I mention the Bloody Mary was fantastic also.
Love It!. Our whole family loves eating here. I always get the enchilida dinner. This chips and salsa are so addicting. This is where we go on Sundays and Birthdays for sure. The service is okay. The only downfall is they do not accept credit cards here. The convenience of a bakery in the same building is great .But, I will still continue coming as always.
The worst service.
Ok,the food is very good, but the service...oh my god!!!
Esperanza's food, service, atmosphere, and coffee are the best..
August 25, 2007 - I'm Mexican-American (raised Mexican and born in the USA) and have been living here about four years now and like the Fort Worth area. I moved here from Rochester, New York where there is perhaps one or two Mexican restaurants (if you want to call them that). My brother has been living here forever and introduced me to Esperanza's. I like the food very much and the service is great. Whenever I have friends from out of town I make it a point to take them to Esperanza's for breakfast. They have an outdoor patio with about twelve tables surrounded by trees where birds perch while you eat. It is refreshing to be outdoors in the morning sun and listening to nature while you enjoy a great breakfast with your girlfriend. Needless to say it has become one of my favorite spots and I visit it often. I would recommend it highly to anyone who has not discovered it.
The downside of the restaurant is that it has become so popular that Saturday and Sunday mornings it is overwhelmed with customers...to the point where the wait is to much. I've seen plenty of people walk in the doors, look at the line, and do a 180 degree turn. I'm sure this has not gone unnoticed by the owners and I hope they have plans to expand the restaurant...the business to support such an expansion is definitely there.
Bottom Line: This is a great restaurant with great food, service, and a fantastic atmosphere. Come early and bring plenty of conversation.
