Big changes- nothing like the old store. I had not been to this location in over a year due to poor customer service and selection. My friend wanted to look for some bridal gifts so I tagged along. I'm glad I did, because i ended up having one of the best experiences in ANY VS.

The store has recently been expanded and completely remodeled. The old cramped store with stained carpet and b*tchy employees is a thing of the past...huge selection of merchandise, especially lingerie and the Pink room is adorable (love the huge dog!!). Plenty of fitting rooms, and the bra specialist seemed to really know her stuff.

Another thing that was different- this store carries the makeup line. I don't remember seeing that last year.

All in all, I was very impressed with the changes. VS, how I missed thee!

Bras of every style and color, including the Miracle Bra and the seamless Body by Victoria collection, line the store's racks and drawers. You'll also find cotton, silk and lace panties, silk gowns, pajamas, fleece robes and hosiery.

Horrible customer service. Every time I go to this one, I experience some horrible customer service. The last time I was there, I was waiting in a VERY long line, one of the employees obviously has her mother in there buying a bunch of product at an employee discount I'm sure. Well she kept going back and getting her more stuff while we were about 5 or 6 deep in line. Then her mom was asking about every darn thing behind the counter.

In general, the folks that work here are very rude and I would suggest going to the one in Hurst instead. It has a better selection anyway and the people are nicer and more helpful.
