Visit went great! I went to Dr. Coats because I needed a root canal and a wisdom tooth extracted. The visit went well. The staff was very nice and so was Dr. Coats. It didn't take as long as I thought it would. For both procedures it took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I will definitely be going back.

I was DREADING a visit to the dentist and WOW was I surprised! Everyone was welcoming and friendly. I was seen ON TIME and it took less time for the visit than I planned on. Everyone really knew what they were doing and I felt VERY taken care of. NO discomfort at all! I am actually looking forward to going back! Dr. Coats is so professional and friendly. I feel she cared about my needs getting taken care of. Her team is a reflection of her high standards for patient care!

I have been going to Dr Coats at Grapevine Dental for several years and I have always had the best care. All of the staff are friendly and know you when you walk in the door. If I have any questions they always answer them completely. I love that she is up on all the newest technology. I love Ashley the hygienist. She is the best.

Always pleasant staff and well trained and disciplined. Knowledgable and trained in how to make dental appointments tolerable. Dr Coats is a fine dentist.

I took a picture of myself with all of the futuristic contraptions surrounding my face during some routine fillings. I look like I'm the test pilot for a space interceptor in the year 2036. It made the typically uncomfortable event a somewhat enjoyable experience; that's saying a lot for dental work. I do wish my dental insurance covered more of the recommended services, but that is a ding on insurance not Dr. Coats.

ASSISTANT ANGELA WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY CARING TO MY NEEDS. DR.COATS IS VERY THOROUGH IN EXPLAINING WHAT SHE WILL BE DOING. SHES VERY GENTLE AND A SOFT TOUCH WBEN DEALING WITH MY MOUTH. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS ANYTHING DONE. ILL USE THEM FROM HERE ON OUT. THANKS AGAIN LADIES FOR YOUR GREAT JOB. EVEN THE FRONT DESK WOMEN WERE AMAZING. A+++++

I am a coward when it comes to any dental work! My previous dentist, that I was very comfortable with, retired and this was my first experience with Dr. Coats. I have to say Dr. Coats is great! I had no discomfort during or after my procedure. Thank you Dr. Coats. :)

GREAT ATMOSPHERE - FRIENDLY STAFF. Just moved myself and my daughter to Dr. Coats and I am VERY impressed. The staff is very friendly and made me feel right at ease. Extremely professional and I love the feel of the atmosphere in the office. Especially impressed with the ZOOM whitening!!
