Great Assistants, Crowded Wating Room, Confusing Billing.
I have only seen Dr Harla's Assistants over the past eighteen months, but they did their jobs quite well. I've found their billing confusing and have called them out on it twice. They recently billed me and my insurance for something from 2007. (Where was that charge "hiding" through most of 2008?) I have also seen their waiting room overflowing with patients.
I'm looking for another Dermitologist and cannot recommend this office.
