MAKE HOMEMADE FLOUR TORTILLAS!!!. I have from one mexican restaurant to another. I am from South Texas (Rio Grande Valley) and they all serve homemade flour tortillas!!! Why can't North Texas mexican restaurants stop serving those rubber frisbees called tortillas that lack true flavor and start making them homemade!!! Rosa's Tortilla Cafe does and that's the only place I go now. I bet these mexican restaraunts would double in size and customer base if they did so!!! Fajitas were great!!! I had one bite of that frisbee and put it out, that's not a flour tortilla, that's PLASTIC!!!
