I have taken my child here severall times and it's the best place as far as I'm concerned!. Hi, my name is Victoria Hughes and I've taken my daughter here several times and they've always taken great care of her. Even though I wasn't allowed in there, it was a great experience. The "guy receptionists" is completely dedicated to his customers and has excellent people skills. The dentists only look out for what's best for the patients and their children. I believe if you go in with your children that it creates more issues than necessary for the dentists. No child likes going to the dentists office but it's how the parent acts about it to their children that created the problem. And to the mother that felt like she was a bad parent for not going in with her child, well, that's a "self issue" not a "dentist issue." thank you.

EXCUSE ME?. Obviously what you didnt understand is that my child told me, after we left the appointment, that she was crying and scared in the chair they strapped her in, and I don't think that's right for a child to be in that position. I took her to Jeffrey Hoffman to follow up and they found a cavity that Bear Creek overlooked and fixed it, knowing that my daughter was a Medicaid patient and they might not get covered on the claim, but still took care of her anyways. If you are under Medicaid and want a good dentist to take your child to, Jeffrey Hoffman in Keller is absolutely the best, hands down! The office at Bear Creek was not how it showed on the card I was given at the Medicaid office, and work area where they perform the dental procedure is messy and disorganized. I would never take my daughter there again!

Don't Go to this Dentist. This was the worst dental office I have ever seen. First off the waiting room was filthy. There was a TV and some music going full blast. Not at all comfortable. We brought our daughter here to get a second opinion on some dental work. A previous dentist had quoted $2,000. worth of work and we just wanted a second opinion. Well this place quoted us $9,000.00. The sleazy office manager (I guess that's what he was) said she needed a deep cleaning and it cost $400.00. He then proceeded to tell us that her teelh would probably fall out if she didn't get this and she would have false teeth by the time she was 20. We left there and I was crying. We then took her to our dentist. He isn't in a group setting. It's just a single dentist. He said the $9,000 quote was way off base and she didn't need the deep cleaning. He said the first quote was probably OK.

If there are any others out there who have had a similar experience I really think this office should be reported.

Horrible experiences!. My family had some horrible experiences. I was told that I had 16 cavities and gum disease, but a second opinion told me that I had none. They actually filled one of those invisible cavities! My daughter had a crown put on and it fell off and our new dentist said that it was poorly constructed. A family friend took her children here and they did tons of work and didn't advise her that her insurance didn't cover it, and she had to pay out of pocket. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Bear Creek Dental to my worst enemy!
