Outstanding BBQ At A Bargain Price!. After hearing numerous raves we headed out to the wilds of Euless to try their BBQ. First and foremost, the employees there are so nice and helpful. It can be confusing where to go and what to do, and they are right there and are so friendly. For $12 you get all you can eat bbq ribs, brisket, chicken, pulled pork, sausage and chopped brisket. There isn't a deal anywhere else like that....especially when you consider this is top notch BBQ, not standard chain fare BBQ. This is definitely the real deal. Everything was tender and juicy and really flavorful. I love BBQ sauce, and theirs is delicious, but the meat really doesn't need it. It is so smoky and flavorful. For an extra dollar you can get potato salad, cole slaw and beans. I never expect much from the sides at any BBQ place, I am there for the meat, but these were all very, very good. This place is definitely the best of the best in the DFW area. A funny bonus, they have a hot sauce on the table called Cowboy Ketchup. This was DELICIOUS. I ended up putting that on my meat instead of the BBQ sauce. We will definitely go back. If I had one complaint is they were a little slow on replenishing the refill buffet, especially with ribs.…

Depends on the day. Some days it is the best you can get, others the meat tends to be room temp and dry. One of the tricks is to ask for the baby backs, they don't put them out of the buffet as much. I have eaten there and it was the best I have ever had, other days I question that I will go back.…
