Best in town. I recently purchased my dress from this store and the women working there are so much fun! They were all pacient with me (God knows I'm horrible at making decisions), and helped me with my bridesmaids as well. I definitely recommend this place. I did, however, see some bad reviews about it on here. I used to work at a bridal shop back home, and let me tell you, I bet the people writing these bad reviews were not the nicest and most pleasant brides/bridal party to get along with. My opinion, judge for yourself. Don't NOT visit a store because of reviews unless they are ALL bad. Every experience, just like every bride is different.

Wonderful store. I came to this site by mistake and read the reviews. Who are you people that wrote such awful reviews? My neighbor used them and highly recommended the shop. We went there and could not have been treated any nicer! My daughter's dress arrived in 3 weeks. They are storing it for her. We went to several shops in the metroplex and this by and far is the greatest value and the service is tops! The whole experience was wonderful.

AWFUL STORE! Employees write their own comments on this site! Does not hold a candle to Mockingbird Bridal!!!. I had to buy a bridesmaid dress at this awful store, it was the worst experience I have had buying a dress. I have been in 5 weddings, I have purchased 5 dresses from different stores. I was shocked that these ladies were so rude and unfriendly. Keep this place in mind so that you don't have your bridesmaids buy their dresses there. I know all 9 of us are definately spreading the word to our friends so that no one has to experience this. I hope their store is shut down, they are awful people.

And they wrote a comment about their own store. The one comment that is positive was not written by a genuine customer. Talk to someone that doesn't work there, then you will get a real answer. They are miserable and terrible people. Just because they have been open for 15 years doesn't mean they have to sell the same style of dresses that were popular 15 years ago. Seriously, go to Mockingbird Bridal.....so much better and they are decent, polite people there.

Best Bridal Shop Around. I noticed today that there were two nasty reviews posted on this site and I have to disagree completely. I have never had a better experience and all of my friends have been using them as well. They would not have been in business for 15 years if they were as rude as these people say.

I have loved working with this shop and will always come back. They were polite and patient and helped me to make the most important decision for my wedding!!! Thank you girls for all of your help!

Do not shop at this store. Very rude to customers, hung up on my daughter not helpful with most of the members of the bridal party.

Waste of time.. Don't waste your time at this store. There is not a good selection at all. Dresses are overpriced and old.
