BLOOMTOWN FLORIST IS THE W O R S T !!!!!!. Absolutely the WORST florist and customer service I've ever encountered. The flowers we ordered was nothing like we expected. We took pictures of the flowers received and the flowers we were supposed to get and emailed them to the owner. I called numerous times and the staff was RUDE and would never let me talk to the owner. I don't know how they stay in business.

STAY AWAY FROM BLOOMTOWN FLORIST!!!!

Do not waste your money. I purchased the Be My Love “Deluxe” flowers yesterday with Marylyn. The flowers that I ordered were supposed to have tiger lilies, red carnations, daisy’s, and roses. In the picture it only one tiger lily and four roses and a daisy or two. The flowers that my Mom received are substantially smaller than the ones that were ordered and advertised on line. I emailed the Owner, Michael the situtation as well as the pictures of the flowers that were received and of the flowers that were advertised on their website and told him that I was not happy. He asked what do you want me to do and I said I want a refund, he said they cant do that as he added the value of all the flowers that were used in my mom's arrangment and it equals the value that I paid. Looking at the two pictures side by side you can clearly see that they are not the same nor is it valued at the price that I paid for it. He told me he would send someone to p/u the flowers and give me a refund. I told him that wont work as I ordered these for my dad to be delivered to my mom as he is terminally ill he can not even talk correctly. This is my parents last Valentines together and I wanted to send my mom a nice arrangement. He told me there is nothing that they could do. I then told him I would never buy another thing from them and he said "I hope you do that". Their website states 100% guarantee satisfactory or call. I did and did not get a solution.

Florist. The worst florist ever!!

so i ordered some flowers for that special someone and ill try to post pics of what i ordered and what i got.

but i order a very nice arrangment with tons of flowers on it it was mixture of roses and carnations. got it off there website and even called to ask if it would look exactley like that they said it would be aproximate id diff would not be abe to tell.

well on valentines 2011 they got the arrangment and my special someone sent me a picture of it and it was nothing like the one i ordered it did have the roses and carnations it had three roses and three carnations and thats it compared to the pic that had about 20 in it it didnt even come with a ribbon aroun vase as shown.

so i called bloomtown to see if they can fix it or what can be down since i did not get anything close to what i paid for i spoke to the owner which was really cold and uncaring about what happen said that they could not do whats on the picture that they could not get that much carnations for the price then they said well since your not please we will pick them up and refund did not apolagize did not show any type of sincerity and did not even offer an apolagy or discount at the least!! and that was the owner!!! horrible service do NOT recommend this place!!!!! stay away!!
