Nicest dealer in town. I've been shopping around for a couple months now and Texas Harley was by far the least pushy of all the dealers in town. Very helpful, answered all my questions without pressuring me or following me around the store. That's a good sales person to me, someone who is around but not stalking me.

Good Harley Dealership Got Better. Bought my Harley at another dealer, but I've been getting it serviced at Texas Harley for years. No problem with the other dealer; Texas Harley is much closer to the house. I rode in once without an appointment for service, but they worked me in without a hassle. Appreciated that very much. Yesterday I rode up, no appointment, just to get a state inspection. They told me 20 minutes. Walked over to the showroom... wow, Adam Smith has put a lot more inventory on the floor! I have been aware of the ownership change because I am a regular service customer. Always a good sign when familiar faces remember you and greet you. Soon I had my new inspection sticker, headed home in that 100+ degree heat. Service, parts and motorclothes always treated me right. When I upgrade to a new bike, it will be at Texas Harley.

My Favorite Harley Store. This is the BEST harley store we have been to. Lots of fun just going and looking around, talking to all the friendly workers and they have some of the best clearance prices around.Well worth the stop if you are in the area!!

BEST HARLEY SHOP IN THE METROPLEX!. I was in Texas Harley recently to browse for a new bike. The customer service at this place is exceptional! Shane is a great bike salesman, he never once made me feel like he was being pushy, and gave me all the time I needed and answered any questions that I had about the bikes. I know that when I am ready for my next Harley purchase, I am coming back to Adam Smith's Texas Harley-Davidson and asking for Shane!

Best Customer Service. I recently bought a Harley Sportser from Texas Harley-Davidson. It was the best buying experience I have ever had. The customer service is what sold me on the bike. Everyone from Carl, salesman, to merchandise, to parts, to finance, to service was exceptional. I've never seen customer service like it!

Texas Harley-Davidson. This place rocks. My brother and I were in the store on Saturday 6/11/11. While my brother was finalizing the deal on his new bike , I was looking around at some accessories, in the store and every employee made me feel very welcome.

A year ago I had gone to another Harley-Davidson dealer in the area ,and the atmosphere in that shop was not anything like what I found at this dealership .

service. Bought my Ultra for Texas Harley and they are hands down the best dealership in the metroplex. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. TWO THUMBS UP
