Dairy Queen not what it used to be. Went to Dairy queen to get dinner, waited in the parking lot for over 15 minutes for taco's and a sandwich. The taco's looked as if they had been thrown on the floor and stomped on and they charged me for cheese .50 cents but neglected to put it on the sandwich. Wish I would have read the other reviews before I went there. Business owner needs to realize without customer's, you don't have a business.

Poor Service. Not a Nice assistant manager. I ordered a chicken salad and they gave me one Ranch dressing package (which was not that big). It didn't cover my salad, so I went back to get another ranch dressing and they wanted to charge me .50. I talk with the assistant manager and showed her how one packet was not enough and she still said I had to pay for an extra packet. I wrote dairy queen and they said there was nothing they could do because it was a franchise. It's to bad because they lost a customer.
