Best Jeweler in DFW!!!. 16 years ago, I worked near this Jewelry store. I went on several occasions, and they worked with me, using mostly the stones I had from old jewelery, to create a beautiful, custom wedding ring, at a very affordable price. The owners were very helpful in helping me to create the custom piece, and they went thru a bunch of catalogs to pick the right setting, additional stones, etc.

Since then, my wife has had several pieces made over the years, and the price is always fantastic. The customer service is great after the sale, and the prices are always very good!

TERRIBLE JEWELRY EXCHANGE. Awful - that's the best to describe :o)

I went to this place a week ago, took my gold necklaces, a bracelet and a few diamond rings. First thing out of her mouth "we don't place offer on those (meaning the diamond items), you have to, and IF we WANT to.." What do I know about how much, that's why I went to them.

Anyways, she says we'll give you $95 for that and turns down a bracelet saying "it doesn't look real, i can tell, and my machine say the same" She attached my bracelet to this little note-pad thing that has a paperclip at the end, it said "not gold".

Well I took my things to Arlington gold, silver and diamond, they did a scratch test on my bracelet, turns out it WAS gold and 14K. And get this- they gave me $527 for all my stuff! That older lady there has this "we're too good, we don't need your things" attitude. I will NEVER go to this crummy little shop again.
