Worst service in the world!~

I've called Best Buy Pleasant Ridge twice and both times was put on hold for over 10 minutes each time!!!!! I finally gave up. I was wanting to find out if they had a very expensive camera in stock before driving all the way to another store to find they were out of stock, especially with gas being over $4.00 a gallon. If this is the kind of service you get - forget about it!!! I'll take my business to someone who answers their freeking phone!!!
