LOVE BURT GRANT SALON. My hair stylist left me. She remarried and moved far away. All alone and lost I went to a very expensive salon, who I won't call out, willing to pay the ARTist whatever it cost for the sake OF my HAIR.

My hair looked bad. The color was off it looked cheap and I felt like hiding from everyone.

I called Burt Grant and believe me I was rude. I asked every question and I was not at all polite. The receptionist, Jessie, was so sweet. My rudeness did not phase her at all. Jessie listened to my story and hooked me up with the best colorist Sara J. Sara J took the time to formulate my color did highlight, lowlight, and break base?. She knew alot of techniques for color. She fixed my hair and she cuts good too.

I really like my hair!! It looks great and I get compliments on it all the time. I really appreciate Jessie and Sara for listening to me when I was rude and figuring out what I really wanted.…

Awesome Makeup Artist!. My wedding was in late September and I had Katy Armstrong do the makeup; not only for myself, but my enitre bridal party. That was a very smart decision! I loved, LOVED my makeup and received tons of compliments! It stayed on perfectly, even with the tears, all night long. My groom loved the makeup!

I highly recommend going to Katy for makeup! You'll walk out picture ready and looking like a model!…

Dreamy Facial. Katy Armstrong did my facial recently and it was just amazing. She has a way of making you feel very comfortable and relaxed. Her knowledge of Aveda products answers any question you may have regarding skin care. My skin never felt more alive! Thanks Katy!!!!!…

You won't get what you want. My wife went to Burt Grant for a couple of years but over time the stylists that she preferred left. Other stylists in the salon had been able to touch up an existing haircut that needs only a trim; however you will not get what you want if you change styles, EVEN WITH PICTURES.

Most recently, she went to get a significant amount of length removed. Using multiple old pictures of herself, she showed her stylist EXACTLY what she wanted. The stylist, who claimed to be very experienced, reassured her that the cut could be reproduced, no problem. Unfortunately, after giving her the wrong cut at the wrong length, this stylist admitted that she always substitutes her own judgment for the client's.

So, if you have no preference for your hair, this is a good place to go. If you want to get the haircut you requested, look somewhere else.…
