Great Permanent Makeup!. Throughout the past fifteen years, I have hired several permanent makeup technicians to work in my office. Many of them have learned permanent cosmetics from Sandi Hammons. I highly recommend Sandi and her company, Premier Pigments. Sandi is one of the foremost authorities on permanent makeup and she is very skilled. She did my permanent makeup over ten years ago and she recently touched up my lip color !It's flawless! I also have to say this - Sandi is one of the brightest and most beautiful women I know. She is also very down to earth and gracious. I can't recommend her enough! I NEVER write these reviews, but the thankfulness I feel toward Sandi made me want to do this. Good luck to you and enjoy your permanent makeup!

Thid person needs to be in a color class and see how the pigments are really made.. come on now... Don't be a fool and really now we all know that all pigments have iron oxides in them premier pigments have been blasted on the news and the end result is the blue effect .. OMG get real people. the base color is blue so when the color is fade point you ARE going to be left with What?? Blue... come on it is common sence... Do the real homework and don't base your Ah couple of months effect into this .. what a joke .. get your self into a color theroy class gril..

best permanent makeup pigments to use. After trying a few different brands of permanent makeup pigments, I settled on Premier Pigments because the colors do not turn weird after several months, and they don't leave that iron oxide rusty pink behind when they fade off. I attended permanent makeup training at two different facilities. The training at Premier does not have as much hands on training but packs a lot of information into class time.
