King Landing lies and steals!!.
I was lured into moving into these apartments with a "special" that claimed to include my internet, cable tv, and alarm system in the rent price. I even signed a lease that stated so. After 3 months
of questions about when the internet and cable connection would actually occur, they finally came clean and told me "we signed you up for this promo after the deadline had expired, so if you want internet and cable you have to buy it yourself" WHAT? Doesn't my lease, which is a legal document, mean anything to you idiots? I've paid (included in my rent) for these services for 3 months and I get nothing? No refund/credit? Not even an apology? On top of that, now I have had to retain an attorney regarding the utility bills that I have recieved in November (all 6 of them!!) So far these morons haven't even responded to my attorney's certified letters!
I have to call the police at least 3 times a week regarding the noise permiating the walls from the neighbors at all hours of the night. I feel like I live in a parking lot in Tiajuana and no one else seems to have enough self respect to give a hoot. Since I moved in, I have written up 4 simple work orders that have still not been fullfilled by maintenance. There are NO LIGHTS outside my building at all. I can't even see to put my key in the front door. King Landing is the biggest joke of a management company that ever existed! My lease is up in March and I can't wait to get the hell out of there. I pity anyone who moves into these crappy, over priced, under managed and under maintained apartments they call a "community." DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!…
