Disgusting service. Never been treated so badly in my life. The staffs are rude. They don't like to be asked a lot of questions, because they're dishonest in their sales. I was suspicious that my frame was the display though I had ordered it with the full price (not on reduced mark) as the frame looked quite used. They also gave me a lesser quality of lenses (lower refractive index) than what I had ordered. I felt I was being fooled, disrespected, and unappreciated for my business. I had to dig for the truth, basically questioning, as the associate's explanation was nonsensical and before the associate finally admitted the fact.…
Very RUDE customer service and ridiculously high prices!.
If I could give it negative rating, I WOULD in a heart beat.
I've been to this location last week. The lady there was VERY RUDE and their eyeglasses (frames and lenses) are ridiculously expensive. Pearl Vision is a SCAM!!!
