Wonderful Experience!!!

We went to buy and were not disappointed!! The people there are amazing. It is a family owned business and we were treated like part of the family. When I displayed my interest (and lack of knowledge), Peter gave me a short course on precious metals and economics. We laughed and joked and I walked out knowing much more than I did before. We will definitely return. I have in my mind a piece of jewelry I want and they have just the jeweler capable of making it!!

Great Service-Great Prices on Gold

Arlington Gold, Silver & Diamond Exchange is a great place to do business. I took some unwanted jewelry there and not only did they give me more than every other place even thought of offering, they gave it to me with good service, very friendly employees & good humor also. Will definitely do business with them again when we upgrade wedding rings! There jewelry pieces are amazing and priced so affordably...it is well worth the trip to Bowen and Pioneer Parkway to do business with these folks.

They Treated Me Very Well

After getting an offer of only $420 by another "exchange" type jewelry place on Matlock Rd., I took my scrap gold to Arlington Gold, Silver & Diamond Exchange. They were *much* quicker at analyzing what I had to sell and making the offer, further, they offered me $165 more than the other place.
Will definitely do business with them again.

Great place to do business with!!

Went to two other Diamond Exchanges(Euless & Dallas), I wish I hadn't wasted my time. Arlington Gold & Silver in Arlington paid me over 50% more than the other two places offered. They earned my business from now on.

Sellers beware

These people told me on the telephone that they paid $16 per gram for 14k but then offered $10 when I arrived at the store. They then claimed that my 14k gold was only 10k and tried to offer even less. When I said thank you and started to walk out, they told me they were doing me a favor and nobody else would give me as much. I took it to a jewelry store where it tested positive for 14k and they paid me $15 per gram.

- Cons: Questionable Ethics
