Horrible Managers. Acclaim does not do its job. Our property has gone down hill from neglect. Their employees are rude and treat owners with disrespect. They do not enforce the by-laws and community rules. They have demonstrated that they are not qualified to manage a property. The owner is extremely defensive and bullies the board of directors and Association members. They provide the worst service. They do not respond to repeated calls, emails and faxes.
