Same Owner Different Company???. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Not only are the sales people pushy (obviously they work off commission or something) but the managers are rude. Jean Connection is the only place in Southlake as many others have stated that doesn't have any sort of return policy except for gift cards which they choose not to take should they decide to switch stores (SHADY). Overall a horribly run company! I don't know how they have stayed in business this long considering but who knows...maybe overcharging for cheap jewelery and crappy t shirts has made up for the lack business. All I know is they won't get any of mine any time soon. Go to any major department store you pay less and actually return the jeans if you decide they don't flatter you a day later.

The only place to buy jeans. I will only buy jeans here now. and it is a drive for me, but worth it. they know what they are doing, and only want to sell what fits you. I bought a pair there and for the first year every time I wore them i got compliments. love this place.

Great place for tall women's jeans. This is a great store in the DFW area for really tall women's jeans. They carry Height Goddess jeans in a range of sizes, so you don't have to order and just hope they will fit. Sales lady was very helpful and I was so happy to finally find jeans that fit, that the price didn't even bother me.

lots of really good brands. They have alot of really awesome brands, and also a very friendly and helpful staff...As for the person who commented on the return policy, I work in another store in southlake and we have the same policy. How would smaller stores every make any money if they let people buy stuff wear it then bring it back.

Livid in Southlake Texas..DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!. I too, and absolutely livid about the return policy of this "high end, Southlake Town Square" store.

Buyers, DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from The Jean Connection!!! You will never, ever get your money

back. They have a policy, ALL SALES FINAL. No refunds!! Can you believe it?!! I'm livid! To have a

store in Southlake and not have a refund policy? I bought a 190.00 pair of jeans on Monday, returned them

on Friday, didn't even have them 96 hours and they give me an instore credit. I was told by Samantha, an

employee there, that "alot" of the stores in Southlake have the same policy. Which ones? I have shopped in Southlake for the past 8 years, never, ever in my life have I purchased an item, to be told I will never get my money back! I too, am going to use my "credit" as soon as possible, as with a return policy as such, how much longer does this place think they will be in business? When we can go to Nieman Marcus, Nordstroms, Macys, Saks Fifth Ave, and Dillards, purchase the same jeans and if you don't want them, wow, they give you a full refund! Now that is great customer service!

Good riddance to The Jean Connection!!! Gone, just like in Dallas..go figure..I just wish I had looked up this website long before every going there..I am telling everyone I know..NEVER, EVER purchase 1 item from this company! Lets hope this will end their business practice in the Dallas and Fort Worth area..

Really cool store for jeans. I had a great time at the Southlake location. I was helped by a nice lady that was all about finding me the right pair of jeans. I am very curvy. I will recommend this jean store to my friends. Thanks

Buyers beware!. For those of you that don't know, Jean Connection closed in July 2008. And if you have a gift card, like I did, then you're screwed. "All sales are final" at either store. This means that if you decide the next day that you don't want the $200 pair of jeans, your only option is to get a gift card. They tried to make this sound like a good thing by telling you that it will never expire. That's great, unless one of the stores goes bankrupt and the other one refuses to honor it. There's a Jean Connection in Southlake, too, although they claim they're not affiliated, (even though they have the same name, logo, Web site, business cards, and part-owner) and therefore do not have to honor the gift card. I don't know about you, but that sounds kind of fishy, and is horrible customer service. So before you buy anything at the Southlake location, keep in mind that this high priced boutique only cares about getting your money, not about making the customer happy. My guess is that is why the Dallas location closed, and why the Southlake one will probably be following in its footsteps very soon.

Editorial Review by Amanda Howe. Preston Center area retailer carries over 30 high-end brands of jeans in over 100 styles. Also carries kids sizes.
