My wife and I want to thank you for the excellent service we received from your plumbing company. We had a slab leak in our kitchen. We had other plumbers come out to give us prices but your price was the best. As seniors we are on a fixed income and appreciate you working with us. Dave was just great all the way around. We have already recommended your company to our friends. We need more magnets to give out! Thank you so much.

the plumber who came out was nice, the estimate he gave me seemed reasonable, but they did charge me $128 service fee to crawl under the house and take a look at the leak. seemed a bit high for a service call fee .....

Steve Hatcher was wonderful!!!!!!!!!. Steve Hatcher don't deserve 5 stars he deserves A BILLION INFINITY STARS!!!

The upstairs toilet (kids bathroom) was clogged and over flowing. I saw the water around 7:45 and freaked out! I woke up my husband. We both tried to unclogg it using plunger and a snake we had. It would not unclogg. I was so mad and still freaking out at that time. I went through the phone book and called Al's plumbing and they told me it would be two hours before they could come by. So, I called Steve Hatcher Plumbing (8:00). Steve told me he can send someone over, his partner James came in 20 min. James was so wonderful!! He took my toilet apart and fixed the clogg and explained what happended, he was so professional, reasonable and wonderful. If you have ANY PLUMBING PROBLEMS please contact Steve Hatcher Plumbing. I have him in my phone contacts and his magnet on my fridge. THANK YOU JAMES AND STEVE!!!!

Very reliable plumber!. I have been a long time customer of Steve Hatcher plumbing. I started using them when I lived in Arlington. I now live near Denton. And even though I am now outside of their normal service area, they are still willing to take care of my plumbing issues. My plumbing problems seem to happen in the evening, but they have always promptly sent a plumber to my aid. Every plumber they have ever sent is clean, courteous and professional. I will would highly recommend this company!!!

Best plumber in town!. My hot water heater was leaking and a fellow church member told me to call Steve Hatcher Plumbing. They came to my home that afternoon and replaced my water heater for a very fair price. The technician Sean was very professional and clean. Great job Steve Hatcher Plumbing!

I highly recommend Steve Hatcher Plumbing. They have been my plumber for years and have always fixed my problems at a fair price. Exceptional Company - Recommend. When we came home this week our house was flooded from a bad slab leak. We called Steve Hatcher Plumbing at 8 pm and they sent Jon out immediately. Jon got the water turned off (we couldn't do it, the valve was in bad shape). Then he set us up with this company who came right out and helped with all the water damage. The next morning Jon was here by 7 am, repaired the slab leak perfectly and even got the city inspection the same day. This was exceptional service, everyone was so professional and thorough. We anticipated a very high invoice but thought the final price was very reasonable and fair. Jon didn't even charge us for coming out so late at night. We definitely recommend Steve Hatcher Plumbing!

Great Service, Saved Me $1000. I just had Steve Hatcher Plumbing out to install a new water line for my house. Donny & Sean were very professional and consulted with me through the whole process. The dispatcher was also friendly and helpful. I had already gotten a proposal from one of the "big" plumbing companies, but Steve's came in $1000 less. Big Savings!! The whole process was painless and I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a good honest plumber at reasonable prices.

THE BEST PLUMBER, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!. I wanted EVERYONE to know about my experience using Steve Hatcher Plumbing. Our hot water heater went out and we had 4 different companies come out to give us bids. I wasn't comfortable with 2 of the companies and all of the bids were out of line! Finally I called Steve after being referred by my neighbor. It was literally like night and day! The came right out and gave us a FREE ESTIMATE that was $900 less than the other bids. The next day they installed the hot water heater, plus gave us a FREE house inspection to boot. They found a leak at our toilet and fixed it at no charge! Needless to say, my wife and I are very pleased. Steve is the only plumber we will use in the future!

poor poor poor service. Everyone was rude. The lady answering the phone didn't have time to talk, the boy that came out was horribly rude and i found out the reason why this was the way it is because Steve Hatcher himself was the worst of all. This company should be out of business. I will tell everyone not to use them. Not a good experience
