Extremely good - they arrived on time and were very courteous. They worked efficiently and quickly. I would certainly use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good moving experience. Sean, the owner, is very nice to work with - he was prompt with his responses and follow-up. The best moving experience I've ever had and I've moved a lot.

Amazing Crew. Amazing Company. Great Job on our move from Keller to Dallas. First time using a moving company and this will be the only moving company we ever use.. Hope you guys can move us to California one day LOL.. Very courteous and super nice movers. Quick, easy and no worries. Thanks again Moving Factor.

What an awesome moving experience. Having moved several times in the past few years, The Moving Factor has made the process as easy and as smooth as possible. Not one piece of furniture was damaged, all of my fragile items were wrapped with care. Not even a light bulb was broken. Being an interior designer, I have worked with many various moving and installation companies, and I would recomment The Moving Factor above all. The crew was very hardworking and very professional. Great experience!

I have moved many times in my lifetime and The Moving Factor is by far the best company I have ever used.

On time, Polite, careful and very professional all the way around from sales to dispatch to the movers. It has been my best and the least stressful move ever.

When I move again I know who I am calling and this time I won't be shopping around. Even their prices are fair and reasonable even after they have been voted the best moving company in DFW on the Dallas ALIST.

I would recommend them to my friends and family and to anyone else too.

Best movers I've ever had.. recently we moved from FT Worth to Dallas.

My wife and I talked to several movers but we chose to go with The Moving Factor for a few reasons.

The Moving factor was the only company that came out for an on-site estimate and gave us a 'Not To Exceed' price.

One of the owners was the actual foreman on the job and he ensured that everything will go as smooth as possible.

The price was fair and we felt comfortable with everything we heard. knowing that the owner will be on-site at the day of the move put us at ease because we got the estimate from the same person who is going to be here that day.

On the day of the move, the crew showed up on time and after a short walk through they started wrapping our furniture, making sure that everything is protected and taking the extra care not to scratch floors or ding the walls.

As impressed as we were with the loading part, we were so happy with the delivery end because they took the time to put everything in place, reassemble anything that was disassembled.

Sean, the owner/foreman made sure to walk with us one last time before they left to make sure that everything was to our liking.

The crew was so accommodating and courteous. they were polite and respectful and we will totally recommend this company to anyone we know. we will definitely use them again.
