I had a dental/gum treatment by Ashley and Rochelle. They were both extremely polite and extremely professional. Everything was explained to me, which made the whole process easy. My anxiety was alleviated. Dr Coats staff is very friendly and professional, and I never feel rushed or uncomfortable. I would highly recommend Dr Coats for your dental needs.

Dr. Coats and McKenzie were very considerate and made me very comfortable during my visit yesterday. After our move back from Sacramento, it was difficult, but Dr. Coats has an excellent reputation in the community and I can understand why.

It is always a pleasure to deal with Dr Coates and her staff. Rochelle is especially friendly and makes an unpleasant experience almost nice. And Dr Coates is always available for consultation. The reception staff are great! They even have the right tv channel on when I arrive. Can't say enough good about the practice. Glad I found them!

My six month check up. I always have a good visit at Dr. Coats office. As soon as I open the door I am greeted by my name. I never have to wait long. Ashley does a great job cleaning my teeth. Then Dr. Coats comes in always greeting you with a smile. I never have trouble with my teeth because they take very good care and instruct me on how to take care of them at home. I have always been pleased.

No Pain. Everything went fine and it wasn't as bad as I thought it might be. I've never had that much work done at one time, so I was apprehensive. Becky and her staff helped me to relax and get through two hours in the chair with no pain. All is well this morning. Thanks.

Service / procedure experience. Never been to any medical office with such professionalism. Being a dental chicken, I appreciated the fact I had no pain at all during the procedure & very little after. Dr Coats has the gentlest hands I've ever experienced. Thank you all!

Great as usual!. My latest appointment went well, as always! Ashley always does a great job, makes sure that I'm absolutely comfortable, and always makes recommendations, and makes great recommendations for my oral care. Best service in a dental office that I can ever remember having.

Six month check up and cleaning.. As always, I didn't have to wait for my appointment and Ashley made me comfortable and did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Coats came in and also examined my teeth. They are all very friendly and easy to work with.

3 Crowns. Dr. Coats and Angela did a great job with my 3 crowns and I was so happy not to have a root canal. Can't wait to get my permanent crowns and finish up the rest!
