Horrible Manager. I've been getting take-out from Smashburger since they opened. I have two babies and Smashburger staff has always been willing - with a smile - to bring my order out to the car for me. I'm assuming they got a new manager b/c tonight, I called in my order, they agreed to bring my order out to me and wouldn't when I arrived. It was 4:45, they only had one customer and with two people behind the register. They told me - with an attitude - they weren't staffed enough to bring out my order. Rude. For those of you reading this, please help out parents w/ small children. It is a HUGE hassle to take two babies out of car seats, struggle w/ a purse to pay for order, carry two babies and order back out to car (it was raining, by the way), and strap them back in. So very disappointed.
