I selected this company based on glowing reviews. I chose to ignore the negative reviews, and paid dearly for it. IMHO, I now perceive the glowing reviews as astroturfing by the company and/or employees. My problem: A five year old Sony Vaio laptop would have the display occasionally go completely black. Everything else would work fine (i.e., using an external monitor was fine), but the laptop display would just go dark during use. The behavior appeared as if the 'lid close switch' was being activated while the lid wasn't closed. SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE: They charged me $260 to completely destroy my laptop--it is now a frisbee.
