Fast Service but Not Authentic Chinese Food. I'm a Chinese-American from New York City, so I know good, authentic Chinese food. For an Asian diner, I did not see one Asian cook! Big no no. After living in Dallas for almost 4 years now, I've come to expect this so I wasn't shocked. I realized a long time ago that I can't expect amazing Chinese food here. We ordered the lo mein, the crab/cream cheese fried things and the Dan Dan noodles. I mean, the food is edible, but it's no where close to authentic. The lo mein weren't real lo mein noodles. They more resembled thin spaghetti or angel hair. The Dan Dan noodles were good but I wasn't too impressed, but what can you expect for $6.50. For those who don't know better, I'm sure they think the food is fabulous but for those who are in the know, it's not quite there.
