Worst EXPERIENCE!. GOOD front desk person, extremely bad service and management!

They installed a brand new air condition/heating system in my house. Many mistakes made and ownership /management would never take responsibility of any of the bad work. I ended up having to contract real professional to fix their mistakes. For example: they install wrong voltage breaker in with new unit, reoccurring patch/electrical issues, many minor issue like never replace thermostats, messy wiring, etc. My heater didn’t work properly for 2 years and on one cold day, my mother passed away in her sleep with house freezing! I’m not sure why a company that installed a new heater system will not take responsibility for minor mistake that were made. Just consistent bad policy by management!
