Tips for Tim's Towing

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING and
unprofessional. Called these guys for a tire change. Mine blew out, as I went over a curb and the jack in the trunk of my car was broken.
I talked to Tim I believe who said for $60 he will send a dispatch to me in 9 minutes.
After 15 minutes passing by I called him and he told me again how his dispatch would be there in 20 minutes.
After another 50 minutes wait in the steel-melting heat of Texas, someone finally showed up and did the 5 minutes work needed to change a single tire.
He then took my credit card from me, wrote the numbers down wrong, only to Tim calling me twice on my Friday for re-verifications.
Conclusion being that Tim's Towing WILL make you regret your business with them, unless, otherwise, you would have been attacked by grizzlies.
