extremely disappointed.. In short, we spent 3 hours here (not by choice) as the waiter was horrible and the food was taking an extremely long time to make it to the table. The smoked salmon was incredible. The salads you can just skip as they are NOT impressive. The steaks lacked flavor, the ribeyes were only 1 inch thick, and it took 2.5 hours to even the food. The sides were sitting under the lamp for an extremely long time before they made it to the table. The waiter had to stab (literally) the crust off the creamed spinach and then started violently stirring it (this was actually funny). Our waiter missed items, came back with inadequate ones and then decided that we didn't need coffee, dessert or more drinks. After tracking another one, we did get a piece of chocolate cake that was light, incredibly rich and just out of this world.

So as an overview, the smoked salmon is great, the salads are boring, the steaks were smaller than indicated and lacked anything close to flavor, the chocolate cake was to die for and the waiter needs to be fired.

Surprisingly enough, we will not be returning to this location. Hopefully the other locations live up to the high standards set for a place like Bob's.
