Horrible!!! Reported to TDLR (st board).
Please save yourself the pain and horrible experience, go somewhere else!
I have had my eye lash single extensions for over two years. I live in S. Arlington and have been driving to Colleyville or to another salon in Arlington. When I found Legacy closer to home, I called and basically interviewed them on their training and certifications. Both times I called I spoke to TU, mgr. Even though I was skeptical, he assured me they would do a great job, lots of experience.
Horrible!! Painful!! They double or triple stacked the lashes, glued them to my skin..it was terrible. As soon as she handed me the mirror, (it took an hr. for one eye fill, double the usual time) I freaked out!
The girls tried to help, and were as nice as they could be, they could see how wrong they were applied...however the manager, TU was completely rude and even hateful!! It took them over two hours to remove them from my eye. My entire eye is swollen, painful and still hurts.
After my skin was red and swollen, I returned to the salon the next morning. They refused to tell me what was in the adhesive remover. When I tried to take pictures of their licenses...they became irate and forced me to leave. I have file TWO complaints with the Texas Department of Licensing. Serious issues with possible non-licensed techs, various people possibly using the same license under different "American" names and non-sanitary equipment.
BEWARE! Save yourself the pain I went through, go somewhere else. I posted pics on their FB page and mine.
On top of this my daughter was having her nails done, which also took two attempts to make them wearable.
I tried to contact them, asked for owner..no luck, no help. Check out their FB page and pics of my eye.
I will be reporting them to state board for the lash debacle this morning.
