Great Food, Fair Prices, Great Atmosphere, Great Service!.
Eat there once per week and keep trying new menu items-- just to see if I can find something I DON'T like.
I'll let you know-- been half a year now and everything I try is excellent-- this coming from someone who worked in the food industry for quite a while.
Everyone who has served me has been courteous and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the patrons are happy.
This place is great for a casual business lunch, group meeting, or a very nice dinner. Very flexible. Outstanding patio with outdoor fireplace and very well stocked bar complement the well-thought-out interior. Lighting is perfect-- not too bright, not too dark.
Worst Customer Service Experience.
Horrible experience just trying to make a reservation for an event. RUDE personnel, uninformed personnel and poorly managed. Their personnel could not be bothered it appeared to take a reservation and had no idea what events were currently scheduled. As a result no reservations were actually made and evidently since the event coordinator failed to inform the winery that they were booking out the whole wine dinner for their own guests only, the winery's members were left out in the cold and the winery was never informed. Very bad PR for the huge list of the wineries members. Obviously the event coordinator lacks proper skills in planning and also lacks any skills at customer service based on the rude, consending message left when he finally returned the call. Skip this place.
