Lance, you can sell your stuff to Dallas Gold and SIlver all you want but the fact of the matter is their going to pay you much less than Southwest. Shops have the right to decide what they want to buy at their own discretion. Dallas Gold and Silver is known for ripping people off which is why their currently under investigation by the FBI. If you are trying to sell Engelhard bars I would suggest your try anywhere else but Dallas Gold and Silver in the future.

Rude Prude. OK, First I wonder why everyone thinks this place is so awesome. I think there may be something funny going on with these reviews. Here's why. I'm currently researching which establishment pays the most on silver. I called this place first and asked them what they were paying for junk silver coins. The answer was 21X face. I then asked them what they were paying for 100oz Engelhard bars, to which the reply was, very rudely "we don't buy Engelhard bars". I said "what?" Then he said "We don't buy Engelhard bars, there's to many fakes." OK. Next call I made was to Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange. WOW, were they professional. ?They had perfect business manners, better price on my silver coins of 21.28X face and guess what? They buy Englehard bars. All my problems fixed with 1 call. Why would anyone say that Southwest is the only place to buy and sell silver and gold, when it only took me 1 phone call to find a better place? Huh?

Great place. The only place to sell your gold and silver. Very easy and friendly....best prices always...I won't go anywhere else.

Best ever prices, buying or selling, HUGE selection !. Nicest owners EVER. Been buying and purchasing for years. Would never use any other. Stop buy and browse!

Out of Business. I read the reviews, looked like a great place. Went there and it was CLOSED. Kaput. Empty. No sign on door indicating where or if they've moved. Call first next time.
