I'm impressed every time I go to Grapevine Dental Care. On a previous visit Dr. Coats explained exactly what was going to be done and why, for a cavity that needed filling. When my next visit came up the procedure was completed exactly the way it was explained. I'm impressed everytime I go there with the ease with which everyone and everything is accomplished. Also, they treat you in an outstanding manner. Thanks.

Your office makes it easy. Did not have to wait. Can't say that I look forward to going to the dentist, but your office makes it easier to take. This was very good since there were no problems.

No one looks forward to a initial deep cleaning. The staff assisted and made me feel at ease. Everything from billing to the actual procedure. They use state of the art equipment and do a thorough job. Thanks to all the staff. Looking forward to follow up appointments.

This is a very professional office. From the front desk to the clinicians and Dr Coats. All take their jobs seriously and seem dedicated to excellent dental treatment. Rochelle is my hygenist and she's been cleaning my teeth for several years now and I couldn't imagine having another hygenist work on me.

I went in to have a new crown put on and two teeth to be prepped for crowns with two temporary crowns. I was in the chair for 2+ hours, but it was easy. Great dental chairs, TV, Bluetooth headphones, nitrous oxide and really nice ladies. The new lady (Liz) is a great addition, she has the "Grapevine Dental Care Personality". All the ladies there are pleasant and friendly and make you feel that you are special. You are not just another patient here; you are part of the "family" and are treated like a guest.
