My previous appointment indicated I had several teeth that needed work. I was provided photographs of the problems and then reviewed the options, total cost and estimated insurance benefits. This visit was to repair one tooth and prepare the other for a crown. All my visits have been outstanding. Dr. Coats and her staff are very helpful and pleasant and attempt to accommodate any special needs that you have. Excellent dentistry and outstanding customer service.

Very Pleasant first visit. Rochelle was very pleasant and explained each step. The quality of the X-rays and review was outstanding, and Dr. Coats was very calming and gentle during the examination. Thank you.. The explanation of the benefits portion at billing was very informative. Great Practice...

Outstanding!. Great experience with people who know what they're doing. although the dentist isn't normally thought of as a pleasurable experience, the staff at Grapevine Dental Care make sure that you as the patient are as comfortable as you can be

Quarterly Teeth Cleaning. Always a delight to visit Dr. Coats' office because everyone is warm and inviting. Ashley is friendly and does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth.

Excellent Experience. Dr. Coats was very helpful throughout my appointment. She talked through the options for treatment with me and came up with a good plan to fit my needs. She is far more knowledgeable and considerate than any other dentist I have been to in the past. They also made me feel very comfortable througout my visit.

Wonderful as always!!. I've never had a better dentist than Becky Coats and her staff equals her high standards in every way. I am leaving the area, but will continue making the drive to have Dr. Coats take care of my dental needs.

These ladies are the top in their professions.. Lots of TLC in that building. For the first time in my 64 years I haven't minded going to the dentist. Thank you for GREAT dental care.
