Terrible product. I ordered flowers on Valentine's Day and they didn't arrive until 4:00. The product that I ordered is not what was delivered. Use a different florist.

Ordered via FTD. Ordered via FTD. Indeed, Valentines Day is a pretty busy day for florists but if you are not able to handle the order, quite taking new ones!! First of all they didn't deliver the order on Valentines Day, which I had to pay extra to do, then the florist called my fiance and ruined the surprise and after all of the that, they delivered it the next day and it looked horrible!! The flowers were small, wilted, and poorly arranged. I've never had problems ordering flower before and will not use FTD nor Bice Florist for any of my future needs. I've asked for a reorder from another florist to be delivered again today with an upgrade. Worst florist experience ever!!

Exceptional Customer Service. They lady on the phone helped me figure me out exactly which flowers would be perfect for my Aunt's birthday. She was so nice! I will definitely call back next year.
