Turned away at the door!. I was completely offended today when I walked into Norwood & Co to see about setting up an apointment to get my roots retouched. When I mentioned bleach I was laughed at (what the stylist's name was I don't know because he didn't introduce himself to me) and was told "We don't do that kind of hair, we're not that kind of salon. If you ever get tired of destroying your hair come back and see us." Talk about rude! Maybe I would have set up an appointment had he suggested a "healthy" alternative that he could provide me with to lighten my hair rather than ridicule me.

All this after driving around for half an hour looking for them because they relocated. Thanks!

Love it. I have been a Noco customer for five years. I have always had wonderful experiences! Love the staff-they make you feel like family! I often get compliments about my haircuts. I have never had a cut I didn't like.
