Customer Satisfaction.
I didn't have a very good experience with Shawn. I had very high hopes of having him do my first tattoo and we seemed to have a very difficult time connecting with each other after I paid my deposit. We had a very difficult time even communicating via phone or text. I drew up my design and asked him to tweak it... it seemed to me that he always had an excuse... "I haven't had a chance to do it yet You didn't get the email I sent? I left it at the house..." In any case, I gave up, went to Mild II Wild on Rufe Snow and Brock did an excellent job for me the day I walked in! And Shawn never refunded me my deposit.
