Last night was the 3rd and final time we give Kincades a chance to please us. The burgers are plain, the cheese is thrown on there and not the least bit melted just cold, the patty is greasy, the fries were reheated by throwing old cooked fries back in the hot grease and given to us like that. The place is run by kids who seem in a hurry to provide your food when there were less that 15 people in the entire place. The Kincades in Ft. Worth just offers a better quality food product. We do not mind paying the way over priced tag as long as you get what you pay for, Kincades in Southlake needs to up the standard of the product or pack it up and move it all back to Ft. Worth where you came from.
